We meet with the client approximately once a month to review the strategy and evaluate the properties identified, among other matters.
For every identified property, our company prepares a report, which is sent to the client or investor. The report is digitally signed upon receipt to prevent any potential misunderstandings in the future.
To increase the efficiency of finding suitable real estate, we review properties that are not suitable.
Based on our experience, we typically identify a property that closely matches the client’s requirements within 3 months of searching. The final decision always rests with the client. In many cases, we also reassess previously reviewed properties.
This whole process continues for the entire duration of the consulting agreement. Furthermore, we continue to manage the identified properties for the client/investor for an additional period of 18 months after the contract expires.
